What is your authentication process?
Treasures from Angels has a dedicated team of professionally trained authenticators with over 20 years experience in luxury authentication. Each item is thoroughly reviewed by our authenticators to ensure quality and integrity.
What if I receive my item and have questions about its authenticity?
While we have a team of qualified authenticators to ensure the integrity of your item, we understand that you may have questions. If you do, please send an email to us at email@example.com so we can answer any questions you may have.
Why am I being charged tax for previously owned items?
Treasures from Angels is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
When should I expect to receive my items?
Items will be shipped within 7 business days.
Who do you ship through? What are the shipping rates?
Please expect to receive purchases through UPS Ground. Shipping will be a flat rate of $11.95.
Will you ship to all 50 States?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items outside of the United States at this time.
Will you be able to ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What items are you accepting?

We cannot accept donations that have
- Large holes, tears, or rips
- Significant staining
- Smells Badly
- Causes allergic reaction
- Broken or cracked heels/soles
If I donate and all my items aren't sold, what happens to those items?
We appreciate all items that are donated. While we may not have all the items listed on the site, rest assured that they are still helping women in need. Any item that is not sold on our website is directly donated to the women from House of Ruth.
Do you provide a tax receipt for donations?
Yes, we gladly provide a tax receipt with the estimated value of donated items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any tax receipt inquiries.
Can I donate even though I do not want to purchase an item?

How is my donation used at the Los Angeles House of Ruth?
Items that can be sold contribute 100% of their profits to housing and care for LAHR. Items that cannot be sold are donated directly to the women and children of LAHR.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
We will not be able to cancel an order after it has been confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive updates about the status of your purchase through your order number. Once the item is shipped, you'll be able to track the shipment through the tracking number sent.
